Kia ora bloggers today in school we were making a foam Matariki print in my drawing I drew Aoraki because that is my mountain and the Waimakariri because that is my river when we drew on the foam we had to reverse the image because if we didn't do that then it would have been backward on the print here's how to make it
you will need: A bit of A4 scrap paper, Foam, A3 card, Rolling pins, and Paint or ink
Step 1: First you draw your design on a piece of scrap paper and show a teacher
Step 2: Once the teachers mark your work you trace it onto a piece of foam be careful the foam is very fragile be sure to make an indent where you want no paint to be
Step 3: Then you get some ink/Paint ( Either will work ) then you get a rolling pin and cover it in paint and roll on in the piece of foam used as many colors as you want I recommend 3
Step 4: now you get a bit of card and put the foam on it the push it on as hard as you can then remove and boom you have a foam print
Step 5: if you want to make more you can rinse the foam let it dry then repeat Step 3 and 4
The way you make a frame is you get a basic cardboard cutout then you trace it and cut
I was really proud of the amount of work I put into it if I could change anything I would have done more prints using different colors

Big Burger

When a writer has to write a sentence or a paragraph they have to follow some strict rules those rules go by the name of Texas.
The burger here represents Texas T: Topic sentence a topic sentence is basically a sentence that explains what your paragraph is going to be about.
E: expand or explain expanding or explaining means you take a few ideas from the topic sentence and expand or explain on them meaning you say what that word means or you tell them why or how it happened.
X: eXamples examples mean you take quotes from a book or a website and you put them into your writing to show the reader that this is a factually correct sentence or paragraph.
So the bun is the topic sentence the sauce and eggs are the examples and all the other filings are the expand or explain

Super Science
school wear started science for science we are learning about what it's like to create craters on the moon we had to drop a small ball bearing a medium ball bearing and a large bowl wearing we want then ask a question does the height or size matter I think the height is more important because say that you have a bowl that is gigantic and he drop it from your knee highs and then you have a small bowl that you drop it from 300 m high the big bowl will make a crater the same size as the big bowl the small bowl with and create a created it is a little bit or maybe a lot bigger
